Wor Wonton Soup

Ingredient list

Chicken Broth 46oz.
- Pure or Blended Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon.
- 1oz. Soy Sauce
- 1/4lbs of Chinese BBQ Pork, sliced, this pork is red in color, and can be found in Chinese restaurants or in the service deli section in supermarkets if they have a Chinese kitchen take-out.
- Raw Shrimp peeled and divined 8 each 16-20 count per pound.
- Fresh Bok Choy sliced across leaf and stems use 2- stems w/leaf only
- 10 thin slices of fresh carrots.
- Sliced mushrooms (fresh, bottled or canned)
- 12 Won Tons
- Fresh Snow peas whole ends snipped off.
Cooking Instructions

First in a 4QT pot heat to a boil #1, #2, #3.
- Reduce heat to low for a delicate light boil then add #4, #8, and #6.
- Cook for 2 minutes then add #9 and #10.
- Cook 3minutes at a light boil low heat.
- Add #5 and light boil for 1min.
- Now you have Wor Wonton soup.
- If you need more broth, add an additional 8 oz can of chicken broth. In addition, a dash of sesame seed oil.

Potstickers
Gourmet or Battered Eggrolls

Peking Pork
General TSAO Chicken
Preferred Cooking Method:
- Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place chicken meat on baking pan.
- When oven is heated, place chicken in oven.
- Cook for 14 minutes or until chicken is golden and crispy.
Optional Cooking Method:
- Set deep fryer to 350 degrees
- Deep fry for 4 minutes.

Potstickers
Steam:
- Bamboo steamers work great. You can find them at many local retailers.
- Put one inch of water into a ten-inch frying pan, and place the steam basket in the pan.
- Next, spray the racks of the basket with a pan coating spray so the potstickers won’t stick.
- Then, place the potstickers into the steam basket, and cover the basket with the lid. The potstickers should not touch the water.
- Let the water in the pan come to a boil, this creates the steam.
- Let the potstickers steam for four to five minutes.
Pan Cooked:
- 10-inch fry pan, non-stick, add oil just to coat pan.
- Place frozen potstickers into pan, and do not let the potstickers touch.
- Add 2oz. of water, and cover pan with lid.
- Set the fire to high until the water dissipates, then reduce heat to low until the bottom of the potstickers are brown and the tops are steamed.
- This takes approx. 4 minutes.
Deep Fry:
- Place frozen potstickers into a fryer at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Gourmet or Battered Eggrolls
Deep Fry:
- Place frozen eggrolls into a fryer at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes for the 1-ounce eggrolls or 5 to 6 minutes for the 3 to 3.5-ounce eggrolls.
Oven bake
- Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
- Place frozen eggrolls on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes for the 1-ounce eggrolls or 10 to 11 minutes for the 3 to 3.5-ounce eggrolls, turning halfway through the cooking time.
- Tip: On a scale from 1-10, deep fried Eggrolls are considered a 10 and oven-baked an 8.

- Place frozen springrolls into a fryer at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
